- At least one year of proven experience in the UAE mortgage, banking, or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, banking policies, and lending procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to guide clients through the mortgage process from application to successful transfer.
