Responsibilities
- Prospect, network, research markets and competitors, and generate and qualify leads.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to secure new listings and transactions.
- Work with sales and marketing on growth strategies, track performance, and deliver strong client service.
- Attend industry events, monitor property trends and regulations, and report insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated business development, lead generation, and client relationship skills focused on sales and growth targets.
- Experience in negotiation, deal closing, and contract management in real estate or a related industry.
- Ability to research markets and real estate trends and turn insights into business strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or other languages common in the UAE market are advantageous.
- Dubai or wider UAE real estate experience is highly beneficial.
