Full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role based in Dubai, supporting clients with tailored mortgage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Guide clients through mortgage applications and approvals, working with agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
- Explain mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment strategies to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant regulations.
- Prospect for clients, conduct mortgage marketing, and build long-term relationships to grow the client base.
Qualifications
- Strong mortgage expertise and CeMAP or an equivalent recognized mortgage advisory certification are required.
- Finance and financial planning skills, including income, affordability, and risk analysis, are required.
- Mortgage marketing skills and basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency with mortgage origination software and standard office tools is required.
- Relevant Mortgage Advisor or financial services experience is preferred; familiarity with UAE banking and mortgage regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate within a real estate team, and uphold ethical and compliance standards is required.
