Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong understanding and application of federal, state, provincial and local environmental and safety regulations and requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and /or other software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Environmental or safety professional certification (e.g. PE, P. Eng, CSP, CHMM)
- Master's degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, Science or related field
- Automotive manufacturing, parts distribution or Mopar operations experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Safety, Environmental, Engineering or a related field in a manufacturing or distribution environment
