Monitoring & Evaluation Inspector

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Compliance Monitoring:** Ensure that all instructors and assessors comply with DDC’s enforcement regulations and quality standards.
• **Instructor & Assessor Evaluation:** Conduct scheduled and surprise inspections for Driving instructors and assessors as per the monitoring and enforcement in-charge’s directives.
• **Checklist Implementation:** Follow the provided inspection checklist and conduct all necessary checks without fail.
• **Violation Reporting:** Record and document any violations or fines using the designated forms (online or manual).
• **Safety Monitoring:** Identify, capture, and report near misses to ensure a safe and healthy work environment at all times.
• **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain accurate inspection records and submit reports to the monitoring section for review and corrective action.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection, monitoring, or regulatory compliance.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Regular visits to head office and branches for monitoring activities.
• Working in both office and field environments to conduct inspections.
• **Skills & Competencies:**
• Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards related to service operations.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain impartiality in inspections.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Basic knowledge of digital reporting tools and online compliance systems is preferred.
• **Other Requirements:**
• This role is exclusively for female candidates.
• Ability to travel between DDC branches as needed.
