Sales activities
- Develop mortgage business through referral relationships and other customer-development initiatives.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and grow a customer base.
- Conduct sales calls, including joint calls with the Senior District Sales Manager, who also provides monthly coaching.
- Use a sales management system and sales activity programs to support sales efforts.
Candidate qualifications
- Candidates should have a proven sales track record and strong sales skills.
- The role calls for a self-starting, self-managed professional who develops new business in a competitive market.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship-management skills are sought.
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal; post-secondary education is preferred.
