Job Title: Mobile Banking SIT Test Lead- Mobile App (Native) Testing for Corporate Banking platform

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duration: 12 Months

Job Purpose:

The QA Lead will be responsible for driving the overall quality assurance strategy and execution for the Mobile Banking application. This role involves leading testing efforts, ensuring high-quality software delivery through manual and automated testing, and managing end-to-end testing processes across multiple systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall test strategy, test planning, and execution for the project.
• Perform end-to-end functional and System Integration Testing (SIT) for mobile banking applications.
• Own and manage the quality assurance lifecycle , ensuring all deliverables meet defined standards.
• Participate actively in requirement analysis and planning , ensuring acceptance criteria are testable.
• Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and product owners to provide testing insights during requirement discussions.
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data .
• Execute manual and automated test cases and ensure proper test coverage.
• Work closely with automation and performance testing teams to develop and execute regression test suites .
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects using a defect management system; lead defect triage meetings .
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Estimate testing efforts and define test approaches for each release cycle .
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure testing timelines are met .
• Manage and maintain test environments and test data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices in testing.
• Own the SIT sign-off process for each release.

• Continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead / Senior QA Engineer
• Strong experience in mobile banking, digital banking, or fintech domain
• Hands-on experience in SIT, end-to-end testing, and regression testing
• Solid understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-vendor environments
• Exposure to performance and automation testing frameworks
