➢ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Economics, or related field.

➢ 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, coordination, or research functions, preferably in a government or business-facing organization

➢ Coordinate logistics and preparations for working group meetings including agendas, attendance, and records.

➢ Document and track member-raised issues, consolidating inputs for review by the Section Head.

➢ Draft meeting minutes, action trackers, and advocacy briefs based on working group discussions.

➢ Map relevant stakeholders and potential group participants across sectors.

➢ Monitor resolution progress of escalated issues and maintain updated records of outcomes.

➢ Monitor implementation progress of working group recommendations, action items, and escalated issues.

➢ Maintain centralized trackers covering meetings held, attendance, issues raised, actions taken, and outcomes achieved.

➢ Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards on working group activities, outputs, and impact.

➢ Consolidate working group outputs into management‑level summaries suitable for executive and board reporting.

➢ Research and benchmark activities related to group focus areas and business challenges.

➢ Ensure consistency and alignment of working group outputs with Chamber advocacy themes.

➢ Provide administrative and coordination efforts to ensure timely communication with group members.

➢ Collaborate with internal teams to align working group outcomes with broader strategic initiatives.

➢ Escalate critical concerns and engagement gaps to the Section Head for resolution.

➢ Ensure adherence to local and federal HSE policies and standards.

➢ Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisor, in line with role level and organizational priorities.
