Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Receivable Accountant to manage and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, billing, and collections
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and present receivables status to management
- Coordinate with the operations and sales team for invoice accuracy
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities
- Liaise with clients for payment confirmations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations on invoicing and receipts
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
- 3–4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial compliance
