Role Overview
LPM is hiring a Junior Project Executive for its project team.
The role supports new openings, refurbishments, and brand rollouts for LPM Restaurant & Bar, Le Café LPM, and LPM-sur-MER.
The position is based at the Dubai Support Office and works alongside the Group Project Manager.
Expect 6–8 project trips per year across the GCC, Europe, and the US.

Role overview
LPM is hiring a Junior Project Executive for its project team.
The role supports new openings, refurbishments, and brand rollouts for LPM Restaurant & Bar, Le Café LPM, and LPM-sur-MER.
The position is based at the Dubai Support Office and works alongside the Group Project Manager.
Expect 6–8 project trips per year across the GCC, Europe, and the US.
Responsibilities
- Build and run project schedules and trackers from design to handover.
- Coordinate architects, interior designers, kitchen consultants, and contractors.
- Follow up on permits and authority approvals with local teams.
- Visit sites, track progress, and log snags until details meet LPM standards.
- Track quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets; flag overruns.
- Coordinate furniture and equipment deliveries to site.
- Maintain dashboards and weekly leadership updates.
- Work across Operations, Culinary, Finance, Marketing, IT, and HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
- 1–2 years in hospitality projects, restaurant development, or fit-out.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort with Excel and numbers, and clear English.
- Initiative and judgment to know when to raise a flag.
- Ability to travel to Europe and the US, or obtain visas at short notice.
Preferred experience and tools
- Luxury F&B or high-end retail experience is a plus.
- Monday, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Procore experience is a plus.
- French or another European language is a plus.
