Al Khobar opens soon and other locations are already in development.
Your Role
You lead the daily kitchen operation for Le Café LPM Al Khobar.
You own the team and the standards set by the Brand Executive Chef and bring the culinary concept to life consistently and true to the brand.

- Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse kitchen brigade and foster a collaborative culture where junior chefs want to grow.
- Manage food cost, portion control, and waste with rigour, keeping profitability sharp without compromising quality.
- Oversee supplier relationships, purchasing, and stock levels to ensure the best ingredients and nothing wasted.
- Ensure the quality and hygiene standards.
- You speak English and another European language is an asset.
