Education and experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related banking-industry role is required.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes is required.
Technical skills and work style
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is required.
- Expertise in data modeling, data mapping, and ETL processes is required.
- SQL proficiency for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis is required.
- Experience developing reports using Power BI, Cognos, or similar is required.
- Independent work and management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are required.
- Banking regulatory and compliance knowledge is highly desirable.
