About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Manager - Ministerial Roundtables & Stakeholder Engagement
to lead the planning and delivery of high-level ministerial roundtables for a major international event taking place in Riyadh.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong knowledge of executive protocol, and proven experience delivering ministerial or executive-level meetings within large-scale conferences, summits, or international events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of ministerial roundtable sessions.
- Coordinate with protocol, speaker management, operations, venue, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Liaise with ministers' offices, senior government representatives, international organizations, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage session agendas, briefing materials, participant communications, seating plans, and logistics.
- Ensure protocol requirements and executive-level standards are maintained throughout planning and onsite delivery.
- Support moderators and speakers with session preparation and briefing materials.
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee onsite delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams during the event.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing executive-level conferences, government forums, international summits, or major events.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ministerial meetings, executive roundtables, or high-level stakeholder engagements.
- Strong understanding of protocol and executive event management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
