Missions

• As LVMH Beauty Tech Middle East IS&T manager, your mission is to ensure business value by delivering high quality projects and technology, and innovative methodologies that will provide a cross functional collaborative approach within Beauty Tech Team.
• Reporting to the LVMH Beauty Tech CIO EMEA and dotted line to the COO MEA, you will manage the Tech resources based in the region in close collaboration with LVMH Beauty Tech EMEA Regional Team.
• You will manage the Tech transformation, promote the Tech strategy of the LVMH Beauty Division and our services in a co-construction approach with the operational entities and improve operational excellence.
• Strengthening the partnership with your internal customers:
• + Be the point of contact for Beauty Tech and be its representative on your perimeter
• + Ensure the right Tech investments for your perimeter promoting a value-driven framework
• + Give directives on Tech expenses optimization of your perimeter in complete transparency
• + Monitor all projects & services and report on their progress
• + Bring added value in innovation by being proactive and using creativity
• + Understand complaints and pressure points on projects and services and suggest alternatives
• + Develop and implement surveys to regularly monitor the satisfaction of internal customers
• + Ensure high quality service and performance monitoring through monthly governance with your pairs
• Promoting the services offered by Beauty Tech:
• + Promote and offer relevant services within your perimeter, based on the Beauty Tech service catalog
• + Collect needs and expectations to ensure the catalog’s relevance and its enrichment
• + Contribute to creating synergies between countries, ensuring the alignment of stakeholders, anticipate their needs, avoid out-of-process initiatives, and finally create maximum value based on the reuse of skills and experience.
• + Work with LVMH Beauty Tech CIO EMEA and LVMH Beauty Tech EMEA Teams to ensure the consistency of EMEA solutions with needs.
• With the EMEA organization, participate in sharing communities as well as when applicable to "Design Communities / Authorities".
• + Participate in the governance bodies of your scope and LVMH Beauty Tech as well as project committees
• + Be able to manage directly strategic and large project as a project manager

Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in computing engineering or similar studies
• At least 8 years experience in Tech department, including at least 3 years as IS&T manager or program manager in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Experience in final client, consulting experience will be a plus
• Solid experience in Program Transformation
• Experience as project manager (Back & front projects)
• Strong experience on project delivery on multi-Country and decentralized teams context
• Deep knowledge of

• + Retail & CRM solutions
• + e-commerce, data and digital solutions
• + Network infrastructures (servers, switch, help desk, SSO...)
• Budget management
• Process re-engineering and optimization
• International & Local reporting
• Proficient in English, French will be a plus
