About The Job Microsoft System Server Engineer
Our client in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a
Microsoft System Server Engineer
to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organizations Microsoft-based server environment, ensuring stability, security, and high availability of critical systems.

- ****Key Responsibilities****
- Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), and File Services.
- Support and maintain Microsoft O365, Exchange Server, and hybrid environments.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Implement system monitoring, patching, and backup solutions.
- Troubleshoot Level 2/3 server and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and system configurations.
- Support cloud integrations and identity management with Microsoft Azure.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 3-7 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, and cloud security.
- Hands-on experience with Hyper-V / VMware virtualization.
- Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- VMware VCP certification (advantage)
