About This Role
Overview
We are currently looking to hire a
Microsoft System Server Engineer
for our Abu Dhabi office.
This is an urgent opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and enhance a Microsoft-based server environment, ensuring
stability, security, and high availability
of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- environments
- Administer
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- , and file services
- Manage and support
Microsoft 365, Exchange Server
- , and hybrid environments
- Handle virtualization platforms (
Hyper-V / VMware
- )
- Implement monitoring, patching, and backup solutions
- Troubleshoot
- Level 2/3 infrastructure and server issues
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configurations
- Support
Microsoft Azure
- integrations and identity management
- Work on
- server/storage infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting
- Basic exposure to
- SAN/NAS, HCI, and networking/security concepts
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- **3–7 years**
- of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in:
• DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with
- Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with
- virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of
- backup solutions, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
