• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or relevant Microsoft certifications
• *Key Responsibilities
• Participate in client requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into Microsoft-based technical solutions.
• Assess existing Microsoft environments and identify modernization, optimization, and integration opportunities.
• Develop high-level and low-level architecture designs for Microsoft cloud, hybrid, and enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical inputs for feasibility studies, TCO analysis, licensing optimization, and solution proposals.
• Support presales teams with solution positioning, technical assumptions, and proposal contributions
• Provide post-sale architecture support, design validation, and implementation guidance.
• Support testing, migration readiness, acceptance activities, and solution handover.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, configuration guides, and implementation reports.
• Provide Level 3 troubleshooting for complex Microsoft platform issues, identity federation, hybrid integration, and deployment failures
