Are you a strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant who can understand client needs, lead structured workshops, translate business requirements into practical Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders?

We are looking for a

CRM Consultant

with

5+ years of hands-on experience

in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident to manage client conversations, run workshops, document requirements, support solution design, and help keep projects focused, controlled, and aligned with agreed expectations.

This is not a purely technical background role.

You will work closely with customers, project teams, consultants, developers, and senior architects to ensure CRM requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and delivered within agreed scope.

Job Summary

As a CRM Consultant, you will support CRM implementation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.

You will help gather and validate requirements, facilitate customer workshops, prepare functional documentation, support demonstrations, contribute to solution design, and ensure customers have a clear understanding of what is included, what is not included, and how the solution will support their business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines solid Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge with excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.

Customer Workshops and Requirement Gathering

  • Lead and support customer workshops to understand business processes, pain points, and CRM requirements.
  • Ask clear, structured questions to uncover business needs while avoiding open-ended or uncontrolled scope discussions.
  • Translate customer input into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and configuration needs.
  • Clarify assumptions, dependencies, limitations, and out-of-scope items early in the process.
  • Work with customers to validate requirements and ensure shared understanding before moving into delivery.

CRM Consulting and Functional Design

  • Support the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Work across relevant Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Project Operations, and Field Service.
  • Prepare functional design documents, requirement specifications, fit-gap analysis, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams on integrations, data migration, security roles, reporting, automation, and Power Platform components.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with agreed business requirements.

Scope and Expectation Management

  • Help define and manage project scope throughout workshops, analysis, documentation, and delivery.
  • Identify unclear requirements, potential scope risks, and customer expectations that may need clarification.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally when requests fall outside the agreed scope.
  • Support project managers and senior consultants in managing change requests and customer expectations.
  • Ensure customers understand the impact of new requirements on timeline, budget, and delivery effort.

Demonstrations, Testing, and Delivery Support

  • Prepare and deliver tailored CRM demonstrations based on customer processes and agreed scenarios.
  • Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, guiding users, and helping resolve functional questions.
  • Assist with training sessions, user guides, and customer enablement activities.
  • Work closely with developers and technical consultants to ensure configured solutions meet documented requirements.
  • Support project handover, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules.
  • Experience participating in or leading customer workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process discussions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain CRM concepts clearly to business users and technical teams.
  • Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Good understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Awareness of integrations, APIs, data migration, security roles, reporting, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and help prevent uncontrolled or open-ended scope.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams and time zones.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or common integration patterns.
  • GCC market experience and understanding of regional customer expectations.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners or enterprise implementation teams.
