Responsible for developing micro lending products, owning portfolio profitability, and driving market research and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative micro lending products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Own the Micro Lending portfolio's profitability and financial performance.
- Develop and implement product strategies and monitor loan portfolio performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market studies and benchmarking analysis to inform positioning and pricing.
- Identify high-potential growth areas and underserved segments.
- Help establish partnerships and build an ecosystem of high-spend categories.
- Support customer experience strategy and customer segmentation.
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans.
- Support implementation of SAB compliance policy and compliance culture.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related major.
- Experience in consumer finance products.
- Strong knowledge in portfolio profitability and financial performance.
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
