Represents property management in guest situations, directs lobby guest inquiries, and tracks service issues.
Education and experience
- Either a high school diploma or GED plus two years of guest services, front desk, or related professional experience; or a two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major with no experience required.
Guest service and operations
- Oversee property operations and lead employees; manage day-to-day operations and maintain collaborative relationships across departments.
- Set goals and priorities; resolve complaints, disputes, grievances, and guest or employee issues.
- Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction, provide guest assistance, and handle problems and complaints.
- Observe service behaviors, coach employees, and ensure service expectations are understood.
- Implement customer recognition programs, policies, disciplinary processes, and corrective action plans.
People and administration
- Guide employee development, training, performance standards, appraisals, and progressive discipline.
- Manage payroll administration and assist with financial management using budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports.
- Communicate relevant information to supervisors, peers, and subordinates in a timely manner.
- Maintain visibility in public areas during peak periods, implement emergency plans, and perform front desk duties when demand is high.

- Full-time position.

- The role is based at the property in Doha and is not remote.
