META Clinical Application Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer education using organizational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials.
• Advise customers on clinical procedures and protocols to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide first- and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers.
• Resolve medium-complexity requests within defined procedures and practices.
• Participate in customer escalations, safety and non-safety complaints, and feedback processes; record information and manage actions.
• Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs on customer concerns and product performance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, clinical applications, and relevant industry standards.
• Contribute to service improvement and perform moderately complex clinical or system application assignments.
• Document problems and resolutions in the Service Management System.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce downtime and optimize equipment use and cost efficiency.

Experience

• At least four years of experience in vocational education in the medical industry, clinical support, healthcare, customer service, or an equivalent area.

How teams work

• Office-based teams work in person at least three days per week; onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities, while field roles generally work at customer or supplier locations. The posting does not specify which arrangement applies to this role.
