Hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-performance Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive registrations, app conversions, and FTDs across target markets.
- Manage budgets and optimize CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Test and optimize creatives, ad copy, and targeting.
- Ensure compliance with Meta RMG policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, CBO/ABO, Pixel, and CAPI.
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
