Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a large portfolio of accounts across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Handle monetization setup, advertising payments, creator payouts, billing, and payment-related issues.
- Monitor account health, verification, restrictions, suspensions, and monetization eligibility.
- Troubleshoot access, payment processing, billing discrepancies, and monetization problems.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, payment requirements, and verification procedures.
- Track revenue, payouts, billing records, and account performance; maintain accurate operational and financial records.
- Coordinate with platform support teams to resolve account and payment problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media account management or media operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Practical experience with monetization systems, advertising billing, creator payouts, and payment processes.
- Experience managing multiple accounts at scale.
- Good understanding of account verification, restrictions, suspensions, monetization policies, and platform compliance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
