Company Overview

The Opportunity

• This is a strategic corporate M&A role working closely with senior leadership across investments, finance and corporate strategy.
• The successful candidate will support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships and broader corporate finance initiatives across the group.
• Whilst exposure to infrastructure or project finance environments would be advantageous, this is not essential.
• The core requirement is strong corporate M&A capability and transaction experience.
• The role is significantly more focused on:
• Corporate M&A
• Strategic transaction analysis
• Cash flow evaluation
• Investment returns
• Commercial assessment
• Rather than pure technical valuation or single-asset valuation modelling.
• The position will work closely alongside internal investment leadership and external advisors across a range of strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of corporate M&A and strategic investment transactions
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities, partnerships and corporate investments
• Conduct detailed financial and commercial analysis including:
• EBITDA analysis
• Free cash flow analysis
• Return and yield assessments
• LBO-style investment analysis
• Investment performance evaluation
• Assess long-term value creation and investment return scenarios
• Analyse transaction comparables, industry metrics and market opportunities
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring and commercial negotiations
• Prepare investment committee materials, board presentations and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with external advisors including banks, consultants and legal counsel
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic investment initiatives
• Support broader corporate finance and investment activities across the platform

Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate M&A capability combined with commercial and strategic financial analysis experience.
• Candidates may come from:
• Big 4 Corporate Finance / Deals Advisory
• Investment Banking
• Corporate Development
• Private Equity

• Transaction Services / Lead Advisory

• Strategic Finance / M&A teams within large corporates
• Infrastructure exposure is beneficial but not required and can be developed within the role.

Required Experience

• Approximately 8–15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience within:
• Corporate M&A
• Corporate Finance
• Investment Banking
• Transactions Advisory
• Corporate Development
• Strong commercial and strategic analytical capability
• Experience supporting complex transactions and investment processes
• Advanced financial analysis and modelling capability
• Strong understanding of:
• EBITDA
• Cash flow analysis
• Free cash flow generation
• Investment return metrics
• Transaction structuring
• Experience preparing investment materials for senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• Advantageous but not essential:
• Infrastructure investment exposure
• PPP / concession exposure
• Project finance understanding
• Real assets or long-term investment environments

Reporting Structure

• The role will sit within the Corporate M&A / Investments function and report directly into senior investment leadership.

Compensation

• Approximate compensation range:
• Senior Manager level: AED 45,000 – 50,000 per month
• Director level considered subject to experience
• In addition to:
• Performance bonus
