Market presence and relationships
- Have an established network in Saudi corporate, government, sovereign wealth, family business, and investment communities.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior executives, shareholders, and decision-makers.
- Understand Saudi Arabia's business landscape and Vision 2030 agenda.
M&A experience
- Bring 10–15+ years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
- Demonstrate successful transaction origination and execution.
- Advise on acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.
Leadership and language profile
- Be a native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Bring collaborative leadership, commercial instincts, and business development capability.
- Show entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and ambition to earn admission to the partnership over time.
Success profile
- Combine technical deal credentials with market connectivity, client gravitas, and a growth mindset.
- Build long-term client relationships and establish a strong presence in Saudi Arabia's M&A market.
