Workplace

• The role is based on-site in Swan Hill, Victoria.
• Customer service is provided in-store and by phone, with occasional deliveries directly to farms.

Employment

• The position is full time.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and pricing.
• Manage SAP, inwards goods, pricing, inventory, ordering, deliveries, and dispatches.
• Process counter sales, payments, and customer inquiries.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Set up promotional signage and displays.
• Load and unload trucks, unpack deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Occasionally deliver products directly to farms.

Candidate requirements

• Agriculture exposure or genuine interest in the industry and willingness to learn about new products.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is highly regarded.
• A self-motivated approach and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Confidence using computer systems such as SAP.
• A current driver's licence is required.
• A forklift ticket or willingness to obtain one.
