- Spearhead the MEP design process, ensuring alignment with project specifications, client needs, and industry best practices, and proactively identify & mitigate potential design conflicts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous professional development and technical expertise.
- Oversee the preparation and review of MEP drawings, calculations, and specifications, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design and construction.
