MEP Supervisor

Role summary

Site coordination and delivery

• Coordinate and manage MEP activities in line with project requirements.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with the Operational Manager, Project Manager, consultant, and client representative.
• Liaise with consultants, the client, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor MEP installation for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Attend coordination, site, and progress review meetings; identify and resolve technical and site challenges.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, safety regulations, and company standards; prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of proven experience as an MEP Coordinator in UAE construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems; experience reviewing and coordinating MEP drawings and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM tools such as Revit or Navisworks are an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and safety practices.
• Communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Commercial, residential, or high-rise building experience and strong organization, reporting, and stakeholder coordination are preferred.
