Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai.
• The work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting transactions and prepare invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier, subcontractor, client, and project expense records.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and monitor bank accounts, cash flow, project costs, expenses, and budgets.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, filing, and financial administration.
• Ensure UAE VAT and applicable accounting regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, clients, and management.

Requirements

• Have 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Have strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, VAT, and UAE accounting practices.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• ACCA, CMA, CPA, or another professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
