Roles and responsibilities
- Design and implement testing plans to ensure quality standards are met throughout development.
- Inspect and review project documentation, specifications, and designs to identify potential quality issues early.
- Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide quality-improvement feedback throughout the software lifecycle.
Desired candidate profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.
- Seven years of hands-on software QA experience, specifically testing web and mobile applications.
- ISTQB or CSTE certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps environments is required.
