Duties and responsibilities
- Provide full on-site supervision for road networks, drainage systems, water supply lines, and other infrastructure utilities.
- Monitor execution for compliance with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to support the project timeline.
- Implement and monitor HSE procedures on site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on work status, completion percentages, and field challenges.
- Inspect and receive site materials to ensure they match required specifications.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Practical experience supervising infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Knowledge of relevant government and local-authority regulations, codes, and standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings and plans.
- Leadership skills to manage site teams and resolve field issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and standard MS Office applications.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1.00 per month.
