ASIAN FALCONS ENGINEERING CONTRACTING L.L.C is looking for an experienced and results-driven
MEP Project Manager
to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance
- Prepare and review project plans, technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and progress reports
- Manage budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination, and project resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
- Identify project risks and provide effective technical and operational solutions
- Attend project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 17+ years of UAE experience in MEP projects
- Strong background in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local authority regulations, and construction standards
- Ability to manage multiple project teams and deadlines efficiently
Preferred
- Experience with SEWA / DEWA / Civil Defense coordination
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
