Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist patients with daily living activities when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and family members on healthcare plans and medication usage.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure infection control procedures and patient safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare teams, and family members regarding patient progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional nursing ethics.
Requirements
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently during home visits.
- Previous home care or clinical experience is an advantage.
