Role overview

Procurement responsibilities

• Procure equipment, materials, and systems that meet project quality and specification requirements.
• Purchase materials and subcontracting services on time and within approved budgeted costs.
• Check central-store and sub-store stock availability before ordering.
• Ensure timely delivery to support site installation work according to the approved work program.
• Follow management-approved procurement procedures and policies for time, cost, and quality.
• Prepare documentation for internal processes.
• Arrange monthly returns of excess site materials to central stores and share updated logs with relevant departments.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the company's reputation through fair dealings and prompt payment.

Experience

• At least five years of experience in a related field.
