A MEP company based in Abu Dhabi is hiring a MEP Planning Engineer for construction planning work.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
- Proven experience as a MEP Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed baseline, revised, and look-ahead project schedules.
- Participate in claims analysis and time impact analysis for extensions of time.
- Attend project meetings and present schedule updates and recovery plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
