Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to hospitality and residential construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international hospitality standards, and Saudi regulations.
- Monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules.
- Support procurement, planning, engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
- Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and project reporting activities.
- Support successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate hotel MEP systems including HVAC, fire alarm, BMS, ELV, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Support testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and operator inspections.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and project management.
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong hospitality project experience including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and luxury developments.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of hospitality quality standards, luxury finishing requirements, and operator coordination.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, procurement, planning, and HSE standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience working with international consultants, operators, and developers preferred.
