Overview
- Manage daily construction site operations and activities.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works on site.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of planned milestones.
- Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and supervisors to ensure quality execution.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, procurement, and project management teams.
- Review and monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are properly implemented.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination meetings.
- Support project managers in cost control and variation assessments.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover activities are completed.
