The employer is seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Manager – MEP for logistics planning and coordination on MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage transportation and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, procurement teams, site teams, and project teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory and manage material storage and distribution.
- Prepare logistics schedules, delivery records, and reports.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of MEP materials and equipment.
- Manage warehouse operations and logistics personnel.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Resolve logistics issues and delays to minimize disruption to project operations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Logistics Manager, preferably in MEP or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or inventory management systems.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
