PTWL seeks an experienced MEP Engineer for swimming pool, water feature, and related MEP projects in Dubai.
The desired candidate has 4–6 years of UAE experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, filtration, and water treatment systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pool and water feature MEP works; review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material submittals.
- Oversee installation of pumps, filters, dosing and circulation systems, heaters, control panels, lighting, and related equipment.
- Coordinate hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, filtration, and water treatment systems with civil, landscape, and irrigation teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; conduct inspections against approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate approvals, inspections, pressure tests, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover; resolve site issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams; prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, HSE standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in swimming pools, water features, or related MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of pool MEP systems, hydraulics, filtration, circulation, pumping, dosing, and water treatment.
- Experience installing and commissioning pool and water feature equipment; experience in site execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Strong technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge, UAE driving license, and UAE pool, water feature, or landscaping company experience are preferred.
