Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP work for swimming pools, water features, and related systems.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material submittals.
- Supervise installation of pumps, filters, dosing and circulation systems, heaters, control panels, lighting, and related equipment.
- Coordinate hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, filtration, and water treatment systems with civil, landscape, and irrigation teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance; conduct site inspections.
- Coordinate material approvals, inspections, pressure testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover.
- Resolve technical and site coordination issues; liaise with project stakeholders and maintain progress reports and project records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, HSE standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- Four to six years of UAE experience in swimming pools, water features, or related MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of pool MEP systems, hydraulics, filtration, circulation, pumping, dosing, and water treatment.
- Experience with pool and water feature equipment installation and commissioning; site execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Strong technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is preferred; a UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Experience with a UAE swimming pool, water feature, or landscaping company is strongly preferred.
