Seeking qualified, experienced MEP Engineers for a construction team in the UAE.
The role requires a technical background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, site execution, technical drawings, materials, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities and ensure proper execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications; coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor installations for compliance with project specifications; prepare material requirements and coordinate with procurement.
- Inspect MEP materials, equipment, and installation quality; identify and resolve site technical issues.
- Monitor progress and timely completion; prepare daily progress reports and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant MEP experience in construction.
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and installation methods; ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in site execution, supervision, and coordination; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills. UAE construction experience is preferred.
