The role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to support timely project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of construction experience; MEP exposure is an added advantage.
- Hindi fluency is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and on-site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress against the project schedule.
- Assist with site planning, material management, and quality control.
- Coordinate MEP and civil teams for work execution.
- Review drawings and report discrepancies to the project engineer or site manager.
- Maintain safety measures and site cleanliness.
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
- Support inspection, testing, and handover activities.
- Communicate with labour and subcontractors to ensure work quality and timelines.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time role paying AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
