MEP Planning and Installation
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works for interior fit-out projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, interior design, structural, and joinery works.
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and other applicable MEP systems.
Coordination and Documentation
- Conduct site inspections and monitor MEP quality and progress.
- Coordinate consultant approvals for materials, shop drawings, inspections, and installations.
- Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, inspection requests, testing records, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, and stores to support timely execution.
Project Delivery
- Identify and resolve site coordination issues, clashes, and technical problems.
- Monitor project progress against the approved programme and support completion, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems and coordinate final handover requirements.
- Ensure HSE requirements and safe working practices are implemented at site.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- Three to five years of relevant MEP experience.
- Experience with interior fit-out and architectural coordination, preferably in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office projects.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of BIM, Revit, and other relevant software is an advantage.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, communication, and pressure-management skills.
Pay
- The stated pay is AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
