Job purpose
Technically supervise, plan, execute, and maintain MEP systems across commercial, retail, hospitality, and facility-management projects.
MEP operations and maintenance
- Manage maintenance of AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, package units, DX systems, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, pumps, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, and water systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance and comply with PPM requirements.
- Respond to breakdowns and resolve issues.
- Supervise site teams and manpower; maintain site safety and compliance.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, and quotations; control costs and optimize materials.
- Submit reports and quotations on time and maintain documentation.
Required skills and experience
- Five years as an MEP Engineer in maintenance or facility management is required.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering is requested.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems, troubleshooting, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of UAE market materials, suppliers, and service practices.
- Communication, client handling, planning, organization, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites or tasks.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
