Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Draft HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, electrical, and ELV layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams to resolve design and installation issues.
- Update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local authority regulations.
- Prepare detailed sections, schedules, schematics, and installation details.
- Assist in MEP coordination and clash detection activities.
- Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering/Drafting.
- 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
