Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our construction team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated MEP drawings in line with project requirements and UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical drawings
- Coordinate MEP drawings with Civil and Architectural teams
- Modify and update drawings as per site conditions and consultant comments
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
- Assist engineers and project team in design development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
- Experience in authority submissions (DEWA, DM, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
