Experienced MEP Condition Assessment Engineer role with FGC Contracting LLC.
The role inspects, evaluates, and reports on existing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire alarm systems.
Work location is Dubai; work is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of MEP systems.
- Assess electrical panels, DBs, MCCs, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Inspect HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and pumps.
- Identify defects, safety risks, and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports with recommendations for repair, replacement, and improvement.
- Evaluate the condition, performance, and compliance of existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP inspection, condition assessment, or building services.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and fire alarm systems.
- Good report-writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
