Role overview
The HSE Officer supports workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
- Report incidents, investigate near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
- NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certification is preferred.
- Construction or infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills are required.
- Candidates must be available to work in the UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
