Accountabilities
- Welcome members and deliver an outstanding experience by addressing immediate needs and identifying future opportunities.
- Educate members about online banking and mobile channels.
- Collaborate with Coast Capital colleagues to meet members’ financial needs and support financial well-being.
- Own the resolution and prevention of banking issues.
- Look for counterfeit money and illegal transactions.

- Strong verbal English communication and comfort with sensitive conversations.
- Active listening, empathy, initiative, problem solving, curiosity, adaptability, motivation, and integrity.
- Team-oriented approach and comfort identifying product opportunities and referring members to specialists.
