Role overview

Lead Member Service Representatives at the West Broadway Branch and help deliver simple financial help to members.

Qualifications

  • At least four years leading frontline employees in a bank or credit union.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Investment Funds in Canada certificate.
  • Strong complaint-resolution skills, employee coaching experience, and knowledge of banking technology systems.
